Fozan Mohammed Ahmed Al Fozan

Chairman

Mr. Fozan Mohammed Ahmed Al Fozan is the Chairman at United International Holding Company (UIHC).

In addition to his leadership at UIHC, Fozan serves as the Managing Director of Bawan, a company operating in the wholesale and retail trade of building materials, a position he has held since 2011G.

His extensive experience also includes roles such as Vice Chairman of Al Fozan Holding Co., Director at Abdullatif and Mohammed Al Fozan Co., and Chairman of Tas’heel. He has been involved in various capacities with companies like Retal Urban Development Company and Al Fozan Social Foundation.

Fozan’s prior positions include serving as the General Manager of Al Fozan Building Material Co. from 1994G until 2017G.

He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from King Saud University.

Mohammed Galal

Vice Chairman

Mr. Mohammed Galal is the Vice Chairman at United International Holding Company (UIHC).

Mohammed also serves as the Managing Director and CEO of United Electronics Company (eXtra), a leading company in the retail of electrical appliances.

In addition to his leadership at eXtra, Mohammed serves as Chairman and committee member for several other companies, including Tas’heel and Procco Financial Services, where he provides strategic direction in consumer finance solutions and financial services. His expertise also extends to international markets with directorial roles in United Electronics Company’s Bahraini and Omani branches, as well as in the food and import-export industries with Halwani Bros and eXtra Import in Egypt.

Mohammed’s prior positions include directorships at United Homeware Company, Ahmed Mohamed Saleh Baeshen & Co., Alyasra – Kuwait, and Göknur Turkey.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University.

Abdullatif Ali Abdullatif Al Fozan

Director

Mr. Abdullatif Ali Abdullatif Al Fozan currently serves as a Director and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at United International Holding Company (UIHC).

In addition to his role at UIHC, Abdullatif is the COO of Al Fozan Holding Co. and the Founder and Managing Director of Ascend Advanced Healthcare Solutions. His extensive experience includes roles such as Director at Al Fozan Holding Co., and Tas’heel, among others.

Abdullatif’s prior positions include various directorial roles in companies like United Electronics Company (eXtra), Al Fozan Holding Co., and Tas’heel.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Toronto, obtained in 2012G.

Kubra Ghulam Jasem Radi

Director

Ms. Kubra Ghulam Jasem Radi currently serves as a Director and Member of the Audit Committee at United International Holding Company (UIHC).

In addition to her role at UIHC, Kubra is a Partner at Milestone – Accounting and Consulting, since 2016G. Her current roles also include Director and Chairman of the Credit and Risk Committee at Tas’heel, and Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Procco.

She also serves as Director, Chairman of the Risk Committee, and Member of the Audit Committee at Saudi Reinsurance Company (Saudi Re).

Kubra’s prior position includes serving as the Senior Executive Director – Chief Risk Officer at First Energy Bank (FEB) from 2009G to 2016G.

She holds an MBA in Investment and Finance from the University of Hull, UK, a BBA, and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Bahrain.

Assaf Abdulkarim Zaid Al Quraishi

Director

Mr. Assaf Abdulkarim Zaid Al Quraishi serves as a Director at United International Holding Company (UIHC).

He also serves as a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Nahdi Medical Company and is the Founder and General Manager of The Twenty Percent, a company launched in 2023 that specializes in training and equipping future leaders. Al Quraishi also worked at Unilever Global, as Vice President of Human Resources.

Al Quraishi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.

Abdulrahman Mohammed Abdulmohsen Al Issa

Director

Mr. Abdulrahman Mohammed Abdulmohsen Al Issa currently serves as the Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at United Electronics Company (eXtra).

Previously, Al Issa founded and led Dan Financial Consulting from 2014 to 2017 and provided his expertise as an Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry
of Transport from 2017 to 2019. He has held several prominent positions at companies including Lazard Saudi Arabia Ltd., Albilad Investment Company, BNP Paribas and Samba Financial Group.

Al Issa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Saud University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the
University of Dayton.

Sakhr Bin Abdulrahman
Al Mulhem

Chief Executive Officer

Sakhr Al Mulhem is the Chief Executive Officer of United International Holding Company (UIHC) and member of several executive management
committees with regional and global experience in the financial and banking sector in Saudi Arabia, the United States, the United Kingdom and Mexico.

Prior to his appointment as CEO of UIHC, Sakhr held executive roles in the financial, insurance and aviation sectors spanning business management, development, product marketing, operations management, projects and strategic planning.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing and an MBA from Washington International University in the United States with professional certifications from INSEAD in France and Singapore and the University of Texas, Austin. 

Ramy Askar

Finance Director

Ramy Askar serves as the Head of Finance at United International Holding Company (UIHC). Ramy is responsible for leading the finance functions of the Company with an emphasis on strategic planning, governance, control, risk management, working capital optimization, management accounting, preparing the Company Financial statements, and bottom-line performance.

Prior to his appointment with Tas’heel, he served as the Financial Controller for eXtra (United Electronics Company). He brings over 21 years’ experience in Retail Business functions, accounting, controlling, corporate finance and process implementation, monitoring finance portfolios and credit risk.

Ramy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Accounting from Alexandria University in Egypt.

Mohammad Farooqui

Chief Experience Officer

Mohammad Farooqui currently serves as the Chief Experience Officer at United International Holding Company (UIHC).

He has an extensive experience in digital banking in the region, having led the development of two digital banks in the region namely ‘ila’ in Bahrain and ‘meem’ in Saudi Arabia. Prior to his time in the Middle East, Mohammad worked with Lloyds Banking Group in the UK and was involved in the merger of three large banks Halifax, Lloyds TSB & Bank of Scotland.

Mohammed holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Control from the University of Lucknow and a Certification in Digital Marketing – Institute of Data and Marketing, UK.

Mujeeb Hazzaa Ahmad Noman

Chief Commercial Officer

Mujeeb is currently the Chief Commercial Offier at United International Holding Company (UIHC).

Previously, he was the CEO at Autozone, operating in retail sale of various commercial car brands. He also served as the Chief Commercial Officer at United Electronics Company (eXtra), operating in the wholesale and retail sale of electrical devices.

Mujeeb holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Applied Science University in Jordan.

Shahrukh Lali

Chief Risk Officer

Shahrukh Lali serves as the Chief Risk Officer at United International Holding Company (UIHC).

Shahrukh previously served as a Credit Risk Director at eXtra (United Electronics Company), where he was responsible for setting up and then managing the Instalment Sales Business.

Prior to his time at eXtra, he worked in both local and multinational banks including JS Bank, Al Rajhi Bank and Barclays.

Shahrukh holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Finance from Greenwich University.
